With ribs sourced from his trusted local butcher, A Cut Above Family Butcher, and prawns from Silver Sea Seafoods, Reyan’s BBQ is set to steal the spotlight this Christmas.
“These recipes capture everything I love about BBQ at Christmas. The deep smoke, great local ingredients and a little festive flair,” Reyan says.
