Oak chunks can be paired with any smoking wood to create unique flavour profiles. The perfect match for red meats, pork and game, Samba Smoke 'n' Grill Oak Smoking Chunks are intended for use over long cooks (1.5 to 6 hours smoking time) and are perfect for low and slow cooking to achieve a full smoke-ring.
