Born from a love of food and fire, Smokey McBBQ shares a passion through their BBQ School in Tooowoomba, Queensland.
Professional Pitmaster and lover of all things food and fire, Deniz Altintas, was naturally lured to BBQ in all forms from American Low & Slow to the Mediterranean grill. Deniz is thrilled to be able to share this knowledge and experience with others, teaching students in this delicious craft!

Whether you want to learn how to cook great BBQ, add some sizzle to your function, or simply give the perfect gift to friends and family, Smokey McBBQ is the go-to for Low & Slow BBQ education.

At Smoky Sues, they do things a little differently! Tearing up the rule book, they have pioneered a revolutionary way to slow cook and smoke meats to perfection every time, because they reckon that everyone should be able to enjoy the most delicious meats any night of the week! And we agree!

Through a ground-breaking combination of French Cooking style, and classic American techniques, their "Rebel BBQ" is changing the way we look at American Low & Slow. They just call her Sue! Check out Smoky Sues restaurants in Maroubra and Penrith.

At Hot Things BBQ School, you will learn a range of techniques that are easily done at home on the barbecue you already own. With their expert Pit master Brian Grey you will be cooking an American-style barbecue in no time at all.

Brian grew up in Texas, USA, where his earliest memories was helping his parents in the family's barbecue restaurant. Brian now lives in Perth and has continued developing his passion for cooking good barbecue food on all styles of grill.
