Promotion Terms & Conditions
When entering any of our competitions, you are agreeing to these basic terms and conditions:
1. The Promoter is Denbies Group.
2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternative products.
3. Winners will be chosen by a panel of Samba judges against the competition criteria.
4. Winners will be notified by Facebook post and asked to send a direct private message to the Samba page to claim their prize, further to that – we will also direct message/email the winner. If we do not hear back from the winner within 7 days from the winner announcement, the prize is considered to be forfeited and will be redrawn or cancelled at the discretion of Denbies Group. This rule is firm and there will be no concession given.
5. Entrants will not be automatically entered into any subsequent competition run by Denbies Group.
6. Entrants must be over 18 and have a physical address within Australia.
7. By entering this contest, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this contest.
8. This promotion is by no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
9. In entering this competition you give Denbies Group permission to use your competition entry (image(s) / video(s) / wording) on digital or printed publications.
10. Employees and immediate relatives of Denbies Group are not eligible to enter.
