Pork Belly Twisters
Succulent pork belly strips twisted and crisped to perfection. A tantalizing blend of flavors and textures in every bite.
Ingredients
- Pork belly cut into thin strips
- Spice rub of your choosing
- Metal skewers
- Foil tray
- Wire rack
Method
- Cut the pork belly into thin strips.
- Apply a generous amount of your preferred spice rub to both sides of the strips.
- Wrap the pork belly strips around the skewer, ensuring that the skin is on the outer side.
- Position them on a wire rack above a deep aluminium tray with an opening at the bottom.
- Place the tray on the barbecue with the lid on at around to 220°C and cook for 30-35 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy!
- Take them off the grill and devour!
