Herbs Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
- 500g minced chicken
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Skewers
Method
- Light up the grill and then soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped dill, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well to combine.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and form them into long, thin sausage-like shapes around each skewer.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
